Get CrossCanadaSearch to come up immediately as soon as you access the World Wide Web. To do this, you'll need to make CrossCanadaSearch your startup home page. In Netscape:
- Pull down the Options menu and select General Preferences.
- Select the Appearance tab sheet.
- For the Browser Starts with option select the Home Page Location button and enter http://CrossCanadaSearch.com in the location box.
- Select Save Options from the Options menu.
For Netscape Navigator:
The next time you start Netscape, you'll go directly to CrossCanadaSearch.
- Pull down the Edit menu and select Preferences.
- Under "Home page," type in "http://CrossCanadaSearch.com"
- Hit OK.
In Microsoft Internet Explorer:
- Go to the home page of CrossCanadaSearch. (http://CrossCanadaSearch.com)
- Pull down the View menu and select Options.
- Select the Start Page tab sheet.
- Click on the Use Current button.
- Click on the Apply button, then the OK button.
For Explorer 4.0:
The next time you start Microsoft Internet Explorer, you'll go directly to CrossCanadaSearch.
- Pull down the View menu and select Internet Options.
- Under "Home page," type in "http://CrossCanadaSearch.com"
- Hit OK.
